I don't know my birth time. Can I still use it?

Yes. Choose "I don't know". The Rising sign and houses are not shown, everything else works.

Are the readings certain?

No. Asteris is for entertainment and self-reflection. Texts speak in tendencies. It is not guidance for health, legal or money decisions.
